All orders are processed within 2-5 business days from the time of purchase. Our trusted family-owned roaster operates from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM to prioritize quality and family time, ensuring each batch is crafted with care. Please note that orders placed outside these hours or on weekends may begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Carriers and Delivery
We ship exclusively within the United States using reliable carriers: USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Once your order is shipped, delivery typically takes 1-5 business days, depending on your location and the carrier selected. This ensures your coffee arrives at the peak of freshness, ready to elevate your coffee experience.
Shipping Timeframe
From order placement to delivery, you can expect your coffee to arrive within 3-10 business days (2-5 days for processing and roasting, plus 1-5 days for shipping). Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships, so you can monitor its progress.
